Service Description
Book an initial consultation with Urbon Law, PLLC and take the first step in resolving your legal situation. Meet with our experienced attorney to discuss your case, ask questions, and determine the best path forward. We're here to provide guidance and support as you navigate the legal process. Please Note: Attorney consultations must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you require an emergency consultation within 48 hours, please contact us directly. Emergency consultations are subject to a $50 expedited scheduling fee.
Cancellation Policy
We require payment at the time of booking to secure your initial consultation. There is a one-time $25 case set-up and administrative fee deducted from the initial deposit. A Limited Scope Engagement Agreement will be provided ahead of your appointment and must be signed at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. If the agreement is not signed within this timeframe, the appointment will be automatically canceled and your payment refunded within 3 business days. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund, processed within 3 business days. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice incurs no additional fees, while late cancellations or rescheduling requests may forfeit the fee, unless due to extenuating circumstances.
