Service Description
Book an initial consultation with Urbon Law, PLLC to take the first step toward resolving your legal matter. During your consultation, you will meet with an experienced attorney to discuss your situation, ask questions, and explore the level of support that best fits your needs — whether that is statewide legal coaching, limited-scope representation, or full representation in Northern Michigan. We are here to provide practical guidance, compassionate support, and clear next steps as you navigate the legal process. Please Note: Attorney consultations must be scheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you require an emergency consultation within 48 hours, please contact us directly. Emergency consultations are subject to a $50 expedited scheduling fee.
Cancellation Policy
We require payment at the time of booking to secure your initial consultation. There is a one-time $25 case set-up and administrative fee deducted from the initial deposit. A Limited Scope Engagement Agreement will be provided ahead of your appointment and must be signed at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. If the agreement is not signed within this timeframe, the appointment will be automatically canceled and your payment refunded within 3 business days. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund, processed within 3 business days. Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice incurs no additional fees, while late cancellations or rescheduling requests may forfeit the fee, unless due to extenuating circumstances.
