With this package, you get three hours of one-on-one coaching at a discounted rate, allowing you to strategize, prepare, and navigate your case with confidence. Whether you need help reviewing court documents, accessing court forms, understanding legal procedures, or preparing for hearings, this package ensures you have the support you need when you need it. Cancellation Policy
Payment & Booking Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the Advantage Legal Coaching Package. The package includes three (3) hours of legal coaching, which may be used in increments of six (6) minutes. Scheduling & Expiration Clients may schedule coaching sessions as needed, subject to attorney availability. All coaching hours must be used within twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. Unused hours after this period will be forfeited unless a refund is requested in writing prior to expiration. Rescheduling Rescheduling with at least 24 hours' notice incurs no additional fees. Late rescheduling requests (less than 24 hours’ notice) may result in forfeiture of the session unless due to extenuating circumstances. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in a forfeited session fee. Pleading Forms and Templates When applicable, the attorney may provide pleading templates to assist with document preparation. These templates are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal representation. Limited Scope of Service The Advantage Legal Coaching Package provides legal guidance and strategy but does not include court representation, document filing, or direct communication with opposing parties or the court. Clients remain responsible for managing their own case and filings. A Limited Scope Engagement Agreement will be provided ahead of your appointment and must be signed at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation. If the agreement is not signed within this timeframe, the appointment will be automatically canceled and your payment refunded within 3 business days.
